Why am I serving a mission?

I am serving a mission because I want to bring Heavenly Father's children unto Him. I want to serve the Lord and experience this amazing opportunity to strengthen and learn through the challenges I will face. I am excited to convert myself and the people of Chile into this gospel. I know that He is the son of God and that He is our brother. I know that He died for me and atoned for all of my sins and afflictions. I know that He knows me individually and knows what I need in my life. I know if I turn to Him for help, that He will comfort me because He has experienced everything I am experiencing in my life. I know that if we humble ourselves and we want to change and become better in every aspect of our lives, we need to turn to our Savior and ask for help and forgiveness. Through His atonement, we will be saved and cleansed of our sins. I know I will return to live with my family again because of Christ's all encompassing atonement. I want to not only create relationships with people, but have them create relationships with the Savior. I want them to know that if they turn to the Savior, they will can be saved. I want everyone to know what I do and feel of the Savior's love. I cannot wait to serve.
